At BadFun, we believe in the importance of sharing in each other’s success. We value the hard work and contributions of our Consultants and we like to reward them for their achievements. We have created both formal and informal programs to acknowledge team members that have demonstrated a strong sense of community, team leadership and overall performance.

BadFun StarsTM

The BadFun Stars program lets our Consultants recognize each other for a job well done. The Corporate Office accepts nominations on a quarterly basis from Consultants who wish to distinguish a peer for outstanding performance. This award is not only limited to sales or recruiting performance, but can be awarded to any Consultant that has in any way gone above and beyond the call of duty to promote teamwork, provided community service, or thought of ways to  improve the business.  These awards are very important at BadFun because they support the feeling of solidarity among our team members.

BadFun Inner Circle

Our formal recognition program is called the BadFun Inner Circle. It offers our best performing Consultants membership into an exclusive group of their peers. These Consultants have displayed excellent sales and leadership skills, and have overall, an excellent performance record with the organization. The Inner Circle is just the tip of the iceberg. Consultants who have been admitted into this group will be eligible to participate in one of the achievement societies based on certain criteria. All consultants that are involved in the BadFun Inner Circle will receive an annual recognition dinner, bonus rewards and special gifts and prizes to celebrate their achievements. These Consultants will also play a very important role in shaping the BadFun business in the year following their appointment to the team.
