You can earn rewards and recognition by sponsoring and training new Consultants. You will receive a cash bonus for every new recruit that makes a qualified purchase. And, you will be paid up to 5% of the sales of your team three levels down. No matter the size of your team, sponsoring new consultants is a great way to increase your earnings.

Team Leader- has 1 – 5 1st tier team members.
Earn up to 3% on the sales of the team.

Team Manager- has 6 – 10 1st tier team members.
Earn up to 4% on the sales of the team.

Director- has 11 – 15 1st tier team members.
Earn up to 5% on the sales of the team

Executive Director- has 16 or more 1st tier team members.
Earn up to 5% on the sales of the team.

Regional Director
This exclusive position is offered by invitation only to Consultants who have demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills within their regions. There is only 1 Regional Director per region.
